1. Scope
This policy applies to premium (paid) subscriptions purchased through PDFResim. The free plan involves no payment, so no refund applies.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Our digital service becomes instantly accessible online after purchase. Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services performed instantly where performance starts with your explicit consent. This consent is requested explicitly at purchase, and payment is not completed without it.
3. When We Issue Refunds
Even so, we review refunds in good faith in cases such as:
- You could not use the service at all due to a technical fault,
- A duplicate/accidental charge was made,
- Where applicable consumer law requires a refund.
You can request a refund within a reasonable time from the payment date by writing to iletisim@pdfresim.com. Approved refunds are processed according to the original payment method and the processes of our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal period; your access continues until the end of the current term, and the fee for that term is not refunded (subject to the refund cases above).
