1. Parties
Seller/Service provider: Akkod (PDFResim brand), a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye. Contact and correspondence: iletisim@pdfresim.com.
Buyer: The user who purchases a premium plan (with the account/contact details provided at purchase).
2. Subject and Service
The subject of this agreement is the electronic provision of the PDFResim premium digital subscription (increased operation limits, priority processing and other plan features). The service is provided digitally for the subscription term.
3. Price and Payment
Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Payment is collected through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy (USA) in the stated currency, including applicable taxes. Monthly/annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Service Exception
As a rule, distance contracts carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content/services performed instantly online, where performance starts with your explicit consent and you accept that the right of withdrawal will be lost, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation). 5. Cancellation and Non-Renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal period; your access continues until the end of the current term.
6. Governing Law and Contact
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For consumer disputes, the competent bodies are the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts according to the applicable monetary thresholds. For questions, reach us at iletisim@pdfresim.com or via the contact page.
