1. Data We Process
When you use PDFResim, we may process the following data:
- Uploaded files. Files are processed temporarily only to perform the operation you selected.
- Account information. If you create an account, we may store your email address and optional profile name.
- Usage statistics. Anonymous metrics such as which tools are used and how often.
- Technical data. Browser details, anonymized IP address and error logs used for security and debugging.
2. Retention
- Uploaded files: Usually deleted within 1 hour for guests and within 24 hours at the latest for signed-in users.
- Download links: Signed download links expire after a short time.
- Processing history: For accounts, we may keep metadata such as date, tool name and operation type; file contents are not kept as history.
3. Service Providers
We do not share uploaded files with third parties for their own use. We may use infrastructure providers for hosting, database/file storage and PDF processing so the service can operate.
4. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for sign-in, security and language preference. If advertising, tracking or profiling cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated.
5. Your Rights
