How long are uploaded files stored?
For guest users, uploaded files are usually deleted within 1 hour. For signed-in users, they are deleted within 24 hours at the latest. Download links expire after a short time.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use all core tools without signing up. With a free account, your daily limits increase and you can access processing history.
Are my files shared with third parties?
No. We do not share uploaded files with third parties. PDF conversions run on our own Stirling-PDF based infrastructure. See the Privacy Policyfor details.
What is the maximum file size?
Guest usage supports files up to 20 MB, free accounts up to 50 MB, and Premium is planned to support up to 250 MB.
What is my daily processing limit?
Guest usage allows 3 tasks per day. Free accounts allow 10 tasks per day. Premium is planned to increase this further.
Which languages does OCR support?
OCR currently supports Turkish, English and mixed Turkish+English modes. More Latin-based language options are planned.
Can you unlock encrypted PDFs?
You can only remove a password from PDFs when you know the password. We do not offer password cracking.
How can I download my result again?
Download links are temporary, usually around 5 minutes. If a link expires, run the tool again. Processing history for signed-in users is planned.
Does it work on mobile devices?
Yes. All tools are designed to work on mobile devices too.
Is API access available?
API access is planned with a developer plan. Interested users can contact us from the contact page.
