1. Service Scope
PDFResim is a web service operated by Akkod that provides tools for converting, merging, compressing and editing PDF, image, media and text files. The contracting party under these terms is Akkod. The service is provided as is and as available.
2. Account and Responsibility
- You can use guest features without an account; daily operation limits may apply.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping it secure.
- You must have the legal right to process the content you upload.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PDFResim for:
- Illegal, copyright-infringing or harmful content processing
- Excessive automated load against the service
- Unauthorized security testing or exploitation
- Processing or disclosing another person's private data without permission
4. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep your own copy of original files. PDFResim is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
5. Service Changes
We may add, change or remove tools at any time. We may notify users about significant changes.
6. Account Closure
We may close accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account from your dashboard when available.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
